LeBron James eased some of its critical final score of the ten points of the game. James gave the Heat the lead for good with a three-pointer at the 2:10 mark. A little over a minute later, three buried giving Miami a lead of six points. After a Boston timeout, James stole the entry pass and finished with a dunk that sent the American Airlines Arena into frenzy.

Wade finished with 34 points while James contributed 33 for the Heat. Chris Bosh added 14 as the new big three combined for 81 of the 97 points for Miami. For a while it seemed that the Celtics would be able to endure. Contributions are key to their bench with players like Nenad Krstic Delonte West and turning in their best performances of the playoffs. However, when he began his run of Miami, no response. Boston was held scoreless in the final four minutes of the game.

Ray Allen led the way to Boston with 18 points but was held scoreless in the fourth quarter. Kevin Garnett scored 15 points, but 12 of them were in the first quarter. Paul Pierce was in foul trouble throughout and finished with 12 points.
