‘Borat’ Star In ‘Django’

‘Borat’ Star In ‘Django’, Borat is perhaps the last person you think would be a good star for a serious film about slavery, but the producers of Django Unchained think otherwise.

Reuters reported comedian Sacha Baron Cohen is looking to flex his serious movie muscle and is the latest actor to join the cast of the highly anticipated film.

Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Kurt Russell, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kerry Washington, and Samuel L. Jackson have already signed on for the movie.

Django focuses on an emancipated slave (Foxx) who embarks on a dangerous journey to free his wife (Washington) from her plantation owner (DiCaprio) with the help of a bounty hunter (Waltz).

IMDb reported another funnyman was offered a role.

Superbad’s Jonah Hill “got offered the new Quentin Tarantino movie, and I can’t do it because of my schedule,” he said.

“Doing Quentin’s movie would have obviously been amazing, but my schedule didn’t work out, which sucks.”

Indeed it does suck Jonah Hill.
