Various prizes are awarded throughout the evening in between performances by Kid Rock, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley and Paltrow with Vince Gill.
There will also be a tribute to Loretta Lynn, who celebrated her 50th year in country music this year.
