Walks take place in various communities at different times this fall – including September 25 in Syracuse, Ithaca October 9 and October 17 in Albany. For more information, visit walkforfarmanimals.org. The walk is at 10 am Syracuse Thornden Park
near Syracuse University.
The tours are designed to increase compassion for farm animals and money to support the sanctuary rescue, education and advocacy work. Harper Adding this year shows how concerns about how animals raised for food are treated in modern industrial farms have become the mainstream.

Last year, 67 cities hosting walks, including one in Central Park in New York that attracted 700.
