Beyonce Baby Photos 2012

Beyonce Baby Photos 2012, The superstar parents introduced their 1-month-old to the world Friday night. Although many had expected Beyoncé and Jay-Z to sell photos of their first daughter to the highest bidder, the couple posted the intimate shots on a new Tumblr blog. It marked the latest example of how the stars are experts at controlling their media exposure, notes the New York Post.
The blog includes two closeup shots of the baby, who already has a full head of long black hair, as well as shots of each parent holding her. Beyoncé is shown sporting blue nail polish.
“We welcome you to share in our joy,” reads a handwritten introduction to the photos. “Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives.” Signed, “The Carter Family.”
Soon after the baby was born some predicted the pictures could fetch half a million dollars. But Beyoncé and Jay-Z were apparently uninterested in entering a bidding war. This isn’t the first time the power couple has been able to control personal moments. Their 2008 marriage, for example, was kept extremely quiet and no photos from the ceremony ever leaked.
Shortly after Blue Ivy was born, her parents filed an application to trademark her name. Although the move might seem strange, lawyers insisted at the time that it was a smart move to reserve the name for future use. It helps them avoid future competition and protects them from having someone try to sell back the name to the couple, reported MTV. Indeed, as the Washington Post pointed out, someone tried to trademark Blue Ivy Carter NYC and another Blue Ivy Carter Glory IV shortly after the birth. Both applications were rejected.
