Ben Crane Golf, The group of four-and-coming golfers PGA Tour released a music video on Tuesday night for a single call, “Oh Oh Oh.” Former Oklahoma State golfer Hunter Mahan and Rickie Fowler joined Ben Crane and Bubba Watson for the interpretive dance, cabinets crazy and original lyrics. Farmers Insurance sponsors the video. The farmers said they would donate to 1,000 per 100,000 visits to YouTube. The funds will support the initiatives of farmers and Ben Crane charity, according to a press release to farmers.
OSU men’s golf coach Mike McGraw Mahan and Fowler trained when they were Cowboys. He watched video premiere of the Golf Channel on Tuesday.
“It was fun to watch not take themselves too seriously,” said McGraw. “I thought it was pretty good.”
The video begins with a repetitive catchy hook of “Oh” sounds, while a boy band dance style follows. At 30 seconds, a leather-clad Fowler sticks his fist in the air while hanging on the right side of a golf cart with his team. Lightning in the foreground.
“Rickie would do such things in college anyway,” said McGraw. “He has a fun time almost every day.”
What did surprise was the role of McGraw Mahan in the video. She danced shirtless with a coat of skin that hangs from his shoulders.
“Hunter did not have the personality to show many people when I was in college,” said McGraw. “He was quite reserved and shy.”
That was not the case in the video. After only Crane, Mahan was the next to show off their vocal skills.
“Chip, putt, you know, what is the cry so great when I play my game, then I can make my mom proud,” Mahan sings.
Fowler was: “Smash, bang, you have to hit the ball away as the crowd oooohhh, then listen to the oodaahlaalilaali”. ”
So with two of his former players entering the scene from the new boy band golf, it’s time to expect his former coach on the path to fame? McGraw laughed.
“I do not think they think I’m so interesting,” he said. “I do not think will happen.”
