Beloit College Mindset List

August 17, 2010 by staff

Beloit College Mindset List, Since 1998, Beloit College has released the “List of Beloit College Mindset” that looks at the cultural touchstone over the life of university students in the year.

Beloit noted that the class of 2014 never found Korean-made cars on Interstate unusual and five hundred cable channels have always been the norm.

I have never written in cursive and with cell phones to tell time, no need for a wristwtch.

The full list and background on the annual project, click here.

Meanwhile, here are some of our favorites this year:

Dr. Kevorkian is not licensed to practice medicine.
Czechoslovakia has never existed.
rock bands have always played in the presidential inaugural parties.
Nirvana is classic oldies station.
U.S. companies have always done business in Vietnam.
They have never acknowledged that points to the dolls is a request from the time of day.
Clint Eastwood is best known as a sensitive director like Dirty Harry.
Correction: Speaking of living in the past, today we have published the list of “mentality”, but inadvertently sent 2012. Perhaps they were attracted by the reference to IBM typewriters. You remember them, right?
