Barron Hilton Dui .14, Already in 2008, when 18-year-old Barron Hilton, Paris Hilton’s younger brother, Fernando Mendoza Tellez struck a gas station in Malibu nobody thought that Tellez became a millionaire.
Well, thanks to the Superior Court of Los Angeles is and largely due to injuries sustained at the hands of irresponsible consumption of Hilton.
Hilton was arrested after the incident of DUI and registering a 0.14 blood content. Before hitting Tellez, who worked at the station, Hilton had been driving along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway on the wrong side of the road – luckily no one was killed.
Tellez said he was permanently disabled and was awarded and 4.9 million for pain and suffering, medical expenses and lost revenue. Hilton for his part said he was not driving that night was his passenger.
According to his lawyer “Tonight wild [Barron] reckless party result in permanent disability of Mr. Tellez, forced him to undergo several surgeries and medical procedures and destroyed his family and his ability to provide for his family,” said Joseph M. Kar.
