Barron Hilton 4.9 Million, Young Paris Hilton’s brother Barron has been ordered to pay 4.9 million and a gas station, who allegedly struck his car on the night he was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI).
Barron has lost a civil lawsuit filed against him by Fernando Tellez, who has demanded and $ 3 million for pain and suffering and 1.9 million for lost earnings, medical expenses and punitive damages, said AceShowbiz.
Tellaz Barron sued in 2009 for injuries sustained after the heir to the hotel hit a gas station on the road to the Pacific coast with his Mercedes Benz.
His lawyer argued that his client suffered “permanent disability” and has been forced to “undergo several surgeries and medical procedures.”
The hotel heiress, then 18 years old, was arrested in Malibu, California in 2008 after he was found to be nearly twice the legal limit of alcohol.
He pleaded no contest to a DUI charge and was sentenced to probation for three years in prison and banned from driving for a year.
