Barrett Jackson, The Barrett-Jackson auction car collector’s happening this week in Las Vegas, and one of the flagship car that will go around the block is the Camaro, 1985, signed by almost every artist who participated in the Live Aid concert hunger for the world that year. Ozzy Ozbourne, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Run DMC, Tom Petty, at least half of the Rolling Stones, The Four Tops, Bette Midler, Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and Bo Diddly have scribbles on it. A little acetone and polishing some and this’d make a great ultra-low-mile IROC 3 rd generation. Go! I mean …
Speaking of ruining the taste, speed is running a contest offering fantasy where you get to guess the amount that bidders will fork out for cars at Barrett-Jackson this week in the frenzy rather wide television world of conspicuous consumption of the car. Hey, you could win an iPad. Anyway, read about the Camaro Live Aid on the Web site SPEED
