Bankofamerica, Bank of America online also known as bankofamericaonlinebanking suffered a cut of four hours, causing millions of customers nationwide to jump on their computers to find answers online.
A spokesman for bankofamerica (BofA) has recognized that the problem occurred, but explained that the Bank’s Personal Online United States have resolved the problem quickly and confirmed that the site is operational.
Tara Burke, who represents Bank of America, simply told the AP it was “temporary system” issue and was corrected without really explaining why the huge blackout occurred in the first place.
While bankofamerica customers who live in Charlotte, North Carolina has put things back to normal, it has become clear that people in other states still have major difficulties in the entrance bankofamericaonlinebanking also known as Bank of America Online.
