Avocado Thief, California avocados admitted thief Barron Stein of Fallbrook, California, received his sentence last week for stealing 600 to 1,000 kilos of avocados of Bonsall, California forest in northern San Diego, North County Times and Los Angeles Times reported .
Stein is prohibited from owning more than 10 avocados at a time. He is not allowed to approach avocado orchards.
According to reports, former tow truck driver who had been unemployed for over a year “took the avocados in desperation to keep his family.”
It is unclear what Stein wants to do with the surplus of the fruit above all expensive.

Stein avoid serving jail time by agreeing to stay away from all avocado orchards and avocados have more than 10 at a time. They will serve three years probation and any violation will result in 180 days in jail.
The Los Angeles Times reports that 10 avocados still allow “a generous helping of guacamole.”
In the limit of 10 avocado, 10-20 Stein could also turkey with bacon, avocado sandwiches, avocado depending on the relationship between Turkey and bacon.
