Ashley And JP

Ashley And JPAshley And JP, Ryan admits that he knew that Ashley had feelings for JP at first, but that only made him try harder to win for himself Ashley! Ryan Park had a very difficult time accepting that Ashley Hebert Bachelorette sent him home. I felt I had the opportunity he deserved, so he decided to travel to Fiji and try to win back. However, when that failed, Ryan had to come to terms with the fact that Ashley was in love with someone else. Ryan now believes that Ashley is definitely committed to winning rumored JP Rosenbaum and Ryan jealous of that fact!

“Without a doubt, is JP” Ryan tells the Los Angeles Times during the recording for the special Bachelorette Men Tell All. Ryan knew that Ashley had a relationship with JP from the beginning. “The truth is that I started to feel for JP so early that it was like God, it was useless, but I was not going to resign,” admits Ryan. “I kept giving my all and that’s where I learned a lot and grew a lot for that.”

However, with all his efforts, Ryan JP still lost – even while still in the show. Viewing fall by Ashley JP – “That was the hard part,” says Ryan. “That’s where I felt like I had a bit of the short end of the rod, because JP had two dates before I had one.”

“Our one-on-one date was in a temple – and I felt, ‘My God, I have the short end of the stick,” Ryan continues. “It’s not like I can jump her bones doing tai chi, let alone in a temple. So I wanted to give it more of an opportunity and not leave anything on the table.”

That’s why Ryan called host Chris Harrison and went to Fiji to meet Ashley the dismissal. “I think luckily for me I did not know the history of all these programs,” says Ryan. “But who cares, the past is the past. I felt we had much in common and maybe I could make it work, so I went for him.”

Best friends – like Ryan, I could tell from the start that Ashley was falling JP?
