Arnold Schwarzenegger Divorce, Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has responded to that will soon claim his ex-wife Maria Shriver divorce by filing his papers – and he is asking not to be responsible for spousal support. As first reported by TMZ, attorney Schwarzenegger is asking the court to end any right by Shriver to receive spousal support, she had requested in her court filing.
The documents, obtained by Schwarzenegger “Extra” indicate Shriver and must pay their own legal fees, but the actor to pay the bill for both.
The document also says the couple Schwarzenegger has yet to determine how all of its property and assets will be divided.
There was no prenuptial agreement signed between the two, so the law of California Schwarzenegger and Shriver are entitled to a 50/50 split of all income and assets accumulated during his 25 years of marriage. Both are estimated to be worth approximately to 400 million.
