Arkansas Auburn, Cameron Newton ran for three touchdowns and added another score in the air; the seventh Auburn outslugged No. 12 Arkansas 65-43 in a showdown of SEC Wild Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Newton gained 188 yards rushing and finished with 140 yards on 10-of-14 passing for the Tigers (7-0, 4-0 SEC). Mario Fannin, and Michael Dyer Onterio McCalebb each ran for a touchdown in the win.

Tyler Wilson completed 25-of 34 passes for 332 yards with four touchdowns and was selected twice in relief of Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett, who went to the locker room after leading the Razorbacks to a touchdown in the second quarter for a 14-10 lead. He was later diagnosed with a concussion.

Mallett was 10-96-15 for yards while Greg Childs had 164 yards and two scores on nine receptions for Arkansas (4-2, 1-2), who lost two of three.
