Antti Niemi, After Antti Niemi was granted and 2.75 million in arbitration over the weekend, the Chicago Blackhawks have decided to depart from the sentence, which allows the netminder 26-year-old to become an unrestricted free agent in accordance Chris Kuc of the Chicago Tribune.
