Anthony Trial & JuryAnthony Trial & Jury, Fox News is in hot water on Monday afternoon, when without realizing it, makes no one, not two, but five occurrences of a profane word during her coverage of the trial Casey Anthony. It occurred when the prosecution gave a reply to the closing statements by the defense Monday morning in a house in Orlando court. During the rebuttal, which broadcast a telephone recording between Cindy Anthony and her mother to the jury that the recording had the word “f-ing” in the mouth of Antonio on five different occasions.

Fox News – unlike many of its other competitors like HLN, MSNBC and CNN, which also covered the event live – decided not to pursue the traditional seven-second delay that networks use during live broadcasts to to stop events such as what happened on Monday that happen on national television. Immediately after the expletives being broadcast, anchor Gregg Jarrett almost instantly appeared on the screen and apologized to viewers see the invective that is transmitted without being censored.

Anthony is on trial for allegedly murdering her daughter Caylee in the summer of 2008, the prosecution. The defense, however, has argued that Antonio’s daughter drowned in the family pool and Antonio’s father, Jorge, who helped bury the body cover in the nearby woods. The jury began its deliberations on Monday and will continue to decide whether or not Anthony guilty of murdering her daughter in the coming days. Reporters covering the case say that this high profile case involving the death penalty could cause the jury to take weeks to determine the ultimate verdict.
