Anna Kendrick, (Wall Street Journal (blog)) — Anna Kendrick co-starring in the upcoming film “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World”, has a unique perspective on the excitement surrounding the “Twilight” movie and book series. Kendrick has played a role in the first three films in the franchise (playing a friend of Bella, Jessica Stanley), but it is not a main character, the actress of 25 years of age, is not the focus of intense media or fan attention, as Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are.
During a recent conversation with Kendrick, Speakeasy asked the actress about his situation privileged outsiders. “I feel very fortunate to be in it but not completely have a private life jeopardized,” said Kendrick. “I am happy that the paparazzi have followed me all the days of this year. Do not want to be in that position.”
However, Kendrick was angry at the idea that fans of Twilight, or “Twihards are” a little overboard. “People like to mock the fans who camp out but people have Hadas rebirth people make representations Civil War, people do what they want,” said Kendrick. “I’m tired of hearing people rag on the fans. If you do not like ‘Twilight’ do not buy a ticket.”
