Amy Winehouse E True Hollywood Story, E! Will pay tribute to Amy Winehouse for airing her “E! True Hollywood Story.” The half-hour special will be broadcast on Thursday, July 28 at 22:00 following the sudden death of the British singer. The documentary shows previously aired on February 9, 2008. It follows the life of the “Back to Black” singer as she rose to fame and engaged in a difficult relationship with her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil before she died Saturday July 23 at the age of 27 years.
The special also includes interviews with people who have worked with Winehouse during her career, including: Femi Temowo, music director of “Rehab,” Ian Barter, a former guitar player who performed with Winehouse, Beiny Lloyd, a global network Entertainment News former co-workers, and journalists who followed her career. Winehouse was found dead last weekend in her home and was cremated on July 26. Results of the autopsy on her body “did not establish a formal cause of death,” while the results of further toxicology tests have not emerged.
Next E! MTV will also remember Winehouse at a concert special tribute that collects images taken from a collection held in intimate Times Square Studios as part of the “45th at Night” series live. The program is scheduled to be issued on Wednesday, July 27 at 6:30 PM
