Amish Men Jailed Over Buggy SignsAmish Men Jailed Over Buggy Signs, Amish men have been jailed for failing to post signs with security bugs. According to reports, several Amish men in rural areas of Kentucky are serving prison sentences.
Amish Eight men have been sentenced to jail Graves County from three to ten days. Not a terribly long statement, but it is interesting that the police are taking this crime so seriously in Kentucky.

Buggy has to be big bright orange triangles security at the rear of their vehicles. However, these men say that violates Amish religious strictures against trusting in man symbols. Men say they will not pay the fines for buggies without the triangle.

Reuters reported that “dozens of Amish people and supporters were on hand as Hawkins issued the sentences, which varied depending on the amount of fines and court costs. The ninth defendant was ordered to prison at first, but the sentence was lifted when a friend paid for what man can care for a sick child who has cerebral palsy. “
