American Idol May 5 2011

American Idol May 5 2011, With only three weeks until the season of American Idol 10 final, the last five contestants sang their hearts the night before to win votes for the final four. This week, the contestants sang a contemporary song and a song from the past … with costume changes for each.
Multiple Grammy Award winners, Sheryl Crow were the mentors this week. Brought a lot of useful guidance and appeared to be much more involved and excited mentors past. Raven also did not hesitate to sing a duet with the finalists during rehearsals. What a moment for these finalists! Harmonize with Sheryl Crow definitely made them all sound better than her solo performances, but still had wonderful performances from last night for the most part. Although it is very disappointing that Will.I.Am was a Mentor for a number of weeks, when Sheryl Crow came to mentor a week. Hopefully, the finalists will be treated at least one more week of Crow.
After a motivational speech of the judge Randy Jackson to bring you is a game to win, the finalists had every word I said and tried to live up to U.S. expectations. James became a reality as watery eyes and emotional singing, Harry Nilsson “Without you”, as it did in the trials. He has always been in this contest to win him and his emotions about the best of him this time, but reeled in enough to pull off a great performance yet. Jacob did the duet “No Air” by Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown no justice, but his choice of second song just seemed better … if better is the typical behavior of Jacob in the style we’ve seen several times since the live performances began. If he reaches the final four, with the help of votes from voters of the worst, should definitely stay away from both parties sing duets.
Lauren and Scotty hit home runs with two of her performances, but it was Haley that he had “time” of the season last night. The panel was in a concerted attack by Haley risky move in the choice of the unreleased song Lady Gaga, “You and I”, although it was held still “pretty” as a judge, Steven Tyler, said. However, her second song was “House of the Rising Sun” by The Animals more familiar, more appropriate, and more fantastic! She began a Capella and ended up being a standing ovation. This was without doubt the best performance of the season Haley. She has earned a place among the top four, so the U.S. had better get it right this week when eliminations are announced.
At this point, the last four should certainly be Haley, Lauren, James, and Scotty. It is clear that Scotty will have a successful career if he wins the contest or not, so it would only be removed just to see what follows. After that, the great victory could go to anyone! So everyone has to follow to take your game to, which is what encouraged the number of viewers who do not vote to vote. The votes matter more now than ever before this season and last night’s performance proved to be a night worth voting!
Sitting in the audience last night were Kelly Preston, Anthony Hopkins, Sara Ramirez and Dax Shepard. Lady Antebellum and Jennifer Lopez are set to perform on tonight’s results show.
