Amanda Seyfried And Lovelace

Amanda Seyfried And Lovelace, There are of course two Linda Lovelace biopics currently in the works, but it seems Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman’s “Lovelace” will be the one audiences will see first. Amanda Seyfried signed on to star as Linda, the 1970s p*rn star in November last year, and earlier in December word came out that rising star Juno Temple had joined the cast as the best friend, joining Peter Sarsgaard as the Lovelace’s husband Chuck Traynor, Sharon Stone as Lovelace’s mother, as well as James Franco, Hank Azaria and Chris Noth
Deadline has now reported that “The OC” star Adam Brody will be starring as Lovelace’s “Deep Throat” co-star Harry Reems, the mustachioed X-rated film star. Deadline also reports that Demi Moore has been cast as the feminist icon Gloria Steinem.
The film, which is currently shooting in Los Angeles, takes place “between the birth of the sexual revolution and the culmination of the feminist movement”. Lovelace became a cross-over celebrity in the mainstream media following the release of the now iconic “Deep Throat.” She later denounced her career in p*rn, claiming her p*rnographer husband forced her to star in them, and became a spokeswoman for the anti-p*rnography movement.
Brody hasn’t been hugely successful in Hollywood since “The OC” ended in 2007, remaining mostly in bit parts and supporting roles. He has several films in pre-production, including two comedies – Revenmge for Jolly! with Elijah Wood and Hemlock Drive alongside Malin Ackerman, and Seeking a Friend for the End of the World , with Steve Carell and Kiera Knightley is out in April.
