Alto K10, New Delhi, August 05 (ANI): The country’s largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki India on Wednesday launched a new version of its best-selling model Alto at an introductory price of Rs 3.03 lakh from 3.16 lakh and Rs.
The model was released in the presence of Shinzo Nakanishi, managing director of Maruti Suzuki India.
The new High K10 is available in two variants – the LXI and VXI.
Both variants are equipped with electric assist power steering and a low fuel consumption 67bhp, 998cc, three-cylinder engine.
The K10 High provide a fuel economy of 20.2 miles per gallon, according to company executives.
The VXI model sleek and elegant, with two energy windows in the front and a new dashboard with a digital readout of fuel and trip odometer.
Expressing his joy, Nakanishi said the K10 High was a revolutionary car that would address the needs of the common man.
“This is a series K … K-10 … (with) one liter engine. So, our engineers have done well to achieve greater fuel efficiency. That is the main feature,” said Nakanishi.
The High K10 is available in a spectrum of colors, such as copper Sunlight, red brick fire, Midnight Black, and Silver Steely. (ANI)
