Sandals ResortsSandals Resorts:(channelguidemagblog) — Sandals Resorts returned last updated: breaking the great reality competition series of 10 episodes, 13th edition and with a cast exclusively female with brains, beauty and some serious golf skills. Taking place on the Sandals Emerald Bay in Great Exuma, Bahamas, Sandals Resorts Big Break (released June 21 at 9pm ET and airing Monday) has 11 women, nine of whom are playing on the Duramed FUTURES Tour. The ladies competing in golf skills challenges in the hope of winning an exemption to play in an LPGA Tour event and a Ladies European Tour event, among other prizes. Each week one contestant will be eliminated, with the last player wins his dream shot to play with the best in the world.

This season was filmed in one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world, sandals Coral Emerald Golf Club, a golf designed by Greg Norman Oceanside (appearing as a guest on the show) with six signature holes overlooking the Caribbean Sea. But the cameras also follow contestants off the field to know what happens after the sun goes down on the ocean village ladies.

The colorful cast of this season, including players such as Lili Alvarez, one of Mexico’s most important amateur who competed with Lorena Ochoa; Carling Cuffing, who has overcome type 1 diabetes to play professional golf, Maiya Tanaka, who lives outside his car and played in four pro tours, and Taryn Durham, who played at the U.S. Open 2007 Women. GOLF CHANNEL Tom Abbott comes into the new headquarters, returning as cohost Stephanie Sparks.
