Alex Torres Sparks FAA Investigation, Skydiving instructor by day, p*rn stars at night Alex Torres, is being investigated by the FAA after the publication of a video of himself on his website that he have sex with a coworker while skydiving.
“Skydive Taft” owner David Chrouch said he learned of the incident after officers went to his office and asked about the video that somehow filtered and released after taking the air.
Torres told the pilot that had been authorized to perform the trick of sex. Chrouch said Torres was a lie in order to capture the attention of radio personality Howard Stern.
Alex Jones has been fired from “Taft” and his colleague, Hope Howell reprimanded. They will not face criminal charges, as all participants of age, and sex in an airplane and the air is not a crime unless someone complains of public indecency, which Torres was able to avoid jumping in the early morning.
Chrouch said the pilot focused on the flight all the time, and never seemed to lose control of the aircraft, so there are no violations of Federal Aviation Regulations.
The FAA, however, concerned that Alex Torres foreplay antics, which happened while Torres and “Skydive Taft” Hope Howell receptionist were still aboard the small plane could have distracted the pilot pushed or beaten at the controls of ship, which constitutes a violation of Federal Aviation Regulations.
By the beginning of the video, Torres and Howell are seen getting jiggy with it on a folding seat beside the pilot, just before jumping, and then continue the act in the air.
