Alan Dershowitz, On Saturday afternoon, Marilyn Dershowitz, 68, sister-in-law of the famous Brooklyn-born Alan Dershowitz trial, was killed while riding her bicycle on West 29th Street near Ninth Avenue in Chelsea. The block in question (pictured) is a covering such as tunnels passing trucks full of mail and fed by several ramps to the plant-mail about classification. DNAinfo reports that the truck driver seven tons of emails that hit her was unaware of the collision until it was spotted by the authorities, although not expected to face charges, according to the Post.
Marilyn and her husband Nathan Dershowitz traveling west on West 29th Street about noon Saturday. According to Nathan, two vehicles, a car and the mail truck, were next to each other by reducing the width of one lane street, and as the road was reduced to 24 e-veteran truck driver maneuvered to avoid Ian Clement the other vehicle on the left hit Dershowitz on your right. A police source told DNAinfo: “There was a coup, but thought it a bump or a box in a moment he thought the car hit him.”
While the NYPD does not expect to face charges Clement, Nathan Dershowitz told the Post: “You can not hit a person on a bike and go forward.” Marilyn Dershowitz was a lawyer and a former official of the Supreme Court in Manhattan.
