The announcement paves the way for the group to name a successor to bin Laden.

Of people in Jackson, MI, to worldwide, the recent confirmation that Al-Qaeda announced bin Laden dead has profound implications. In addition, lends itself to a mixture of feelings.

On the one hand, many Americans initially pleased that bin Laden was dead. After all, he had contributed to planning the 9 / 11 terrorist attacks. Many Christians, Muslims and other religious members, posted on Twitter and other sites that do not rejoice in the death of one, no matter how many were killed. People’s internal conflict grew as fake photos and videos of Bin Laden’s death came over the Internet. Finally, Obama revealed his conviction that he would not release the photos, and he will be interviewed this Sunday on “60 Minutes” to discuss the concern further.

A strong opinion of why the pictures should be released was to demonstrate to members of Al Qaeda that bin Laden was, in fact, dead. Now, news, however, recently published indicates that sites where members of Al-Qaeda often post messages refer to his death.
