Acta, ACTA negotiations in Washington DC suggested that many of the negotiators for the release of the final text, knowing that although it was not released, would almost certainly leaked anyway. However, the negotiations are over and guess what? It seems that the text will not be officially launched again, it seems as if the U.S. negotiators – Who still insist that everyone is transparency – which have blocked the release, perhaps once more by using openness as a bargaining chip to try to get other things they want. Do not get what they want, the document was not published.

The latest reports are that this meeting some important gaps, and negotiators are hoping to finish the details next month in Japan. Reports claim that the next version of the text that will be released will be the final “take it or leave it” version of the agreement.
