9 Year Old Girl Felonies, Crimes of 9-year-old girls on the bus. Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a girl 9 years old, after she threw a tantrum in her school bus and attacked a deputy with a metal chair.

A troubled 9-year-old girl is facing multiple felony charges after a fit of rage that began on a school bus, where they spit on staff and throw a chair at a deputy.

It is unclear why the girl started her tantrum, but authorities say she spat to adults in the school bus before you leap. Then, according to the sheriff’s report, released two large pieces of asphalt in the bus, hitting the windshield, where the driver sat.

deputy, who saw the girl throw the asphalt, approached her, but she walked away. It was then 9 years old, grabbed a metal chair in a nearby yard and threw it at the deputy.

The deputy said the girl who was under arrest, which took the girl to attack the deputies in an effort to resist arrest.

The girl was charged with assaulting a school employee and an office of law enforcement, among other charges.

It is unclear what the status of the girl with her parents are, or what their family is like, but is clearly in a sort of emotional or psychological upheaval.
