2011 College Dunk Contest

April 1, 2011 by staff

2011 College Dunk Contest, Gilbert Brown participated in Friday’s Denny’s College Slam Dunk Contest and was pretty good. However, he fell short in the semifinal round.
Animations were Brad Wanamaker and Gary McGhee, who both play in the All-Star this weekend. Gil threw two dunks to advance to the semifinal round of four. He was the first in that round and one between back legs took him a score of 49 and looked set to reach the final. However, by 50 You Tube sensations Jacob Tucker, 50, by John of the UNC-Asheville Williams ended the run of Brown. Jacob 50 was legitimate, but Williams was a little overratedas jumped on one of the contestants Coleman, and then ran to the edge of a mate. No dunk over Coleman, while dipping or even with the ball. A strange mate and I pulled a surprise that 50 of the same.

Yes, I’m complaining about a college dunk contest score. This is how bad I like Pitt were still playing.

Tucker landed several impressive mates on their way to the title.
