2011 Alcs Schedule2011 Alcs Schedule, The schedule for the first two games of the 2011 ALCS between the Tigers and Texas Rangers was established after the 3-2 Detroit victory over the Yankees in the ALDS on Thursday.

The first pitch of Game 1 will be released at 8:05 pm ET on Saturday in Texas and will begin broadcasting at 7:30 on FOX. Justin Verlander of Detroit is set to pitch against the Rangers’ CJ Wilson. Verlander pitched nine innings divided in two games in the ALDS, giving up seven hits and six earned runs. The ace was much better than Wilson, however, who gave up the same numbers in just five innings, a misstep, which included three home runs.

Game 2 coverage will begin at 7:00 pm ET on Sunday with the first release calendar for 7:45 pm starters have not yet been named, although based on the rotation of Derek Holland and Max Scherzer is expected to mound for the Tigers and Rangers, respectively.
