2 Moons August 27

August 26, 2010 by staff

2 Moons August 27, Two moons on 27 August is just a hoax. Every year comes a message that says Mars will be at its closest approach to Earth and will be once in a lifetime experience, one not to be missed.

The email goes on to say that present in the sky and be as large as our own moon. The fact of the matter is that this email is a hoax and that whenever the rounds this year and people still fall into the trap. The truth is that Mars is farther from us at this time then any other time this summer.

So how come the e-mail hoax? On 27 August 2003 Mars came very close to Earth and was the closest of the planets had gathered around 60,000 years. The actual distance between the two planets was approximately 34.5 million miles. Every two years from 2003 an email is sent to tell people about the amazing phenomenon and not miss it.

So, literally, all the planets thousands of people will sit down to watch the sky tomorrow night expecting to see Mars as big as our Moon. Because people expect to see our own moon and Mars, at the same time and the same size as the email has come to be known as the “two moons” rumor

Despite the joke has been going on since 2003 many people are still so, the reason being is that the Internet is growing year after year. Which means that not everyone has seen the email, so if you have only just got online for the first time and get e-mail is a good chance you will be looking to the sky tomorrow night, unless which, of course, you’re reading this before the event

If you want to see if someone in your neighborhood have fallen on the moon two email below, just go out in the August 27, 2010, to see if anyone is watching the night sky. No doubt they will tell you they’re having a barbecue at night.
